Atelier Nuno Architects embraces ordinary materials for the HKUMed lobby. We conceived an interior space to be experienced with the outdoors. We were drawn to a white interior for white’s association with the medical profession and as a way to foreground the natural setting. We wanted to catch the light with a design that fills the space and that engages with the human scale.
