First piece in the Aquatica series that really sets the tone for all to follow. More of an abstraction compared to some of the other paintings in this body of work. This scene suggests a time when our ancestors began to evolve. The Aquatica series dives deep below the human subconsience to any given time where we are given a quick glimpse of oceanic life before it has a chance to react. Sexuality thrives, religion is unheard of, but all cultured organisms are nurtured by mother nature and ruled by natural selection. The exploration has just begun!
